Short Bloomer Pant – These are very much like the Bloomer Pant except a bit less “bloom”. They are for the less tall Bloomer pant aficionado or for those who don’t like quite so much ruffle at the bottom. The waistline is different from the longer Bloomer Pants, it folds down like the shorts waist, so the rise is a bit adjustable. Neatly tucked under the waistband is a drawstring to keep your pants where they’re supposed to be.
