This can be worn as a top or a short dress. The body is made of a cotton/lycra “denim” looking material with a rayon/lycra striped big neck that can be pulled over your head. This is a great layering piece or super cute on its own. The cinches at the hips can adjust the length and give some texture over the hips. The back is open and there is a tie at the lower back to adjust size.
